If your looking to have a new PA system installed, a broadcast room setup, or anything else A/V related? We would love to be the ones to help you out.

How the Process Works

Integration projects are broken into four stages or “phases”

  1. Consultation

    We want to ensure that you are getting exactly what you need for your ministry and not throwing money at new equipment and installs if its not what you need. By having an initial consultation with you to ensure we do what is best for you and the ministry you serve in.

  2. Planning & Design

    After talking with you on what your goals are we begin to layout our plan to start your integration project laying out a design that is appropriate for your needs and with ease of use in mind.

    The time this step takes depend on the size of the project but on average it takes 4 -6 weeks to get all of our designs, contracts, and work timeline from that point planned out.

  3. Procurement

    Next we gather all the equipment needed for your project from the gear we install for you to the tools we will need to be using to do so

    This process usually takes between 45-60 days, but as with everything if you have a small project it could be done sooner.

  4. Installation

    Finally we get to the most straight forward part of all this. We install!

    Most projects take a minimum of 5 days for everything to be installed and allowing time for us to help you fully understand your system while you are on-site
